Montana Color Study

Here’s another work-in-progress color study. 12″ x 16″ acrylic. I feel like I’m finally getting the hang of acrylics – work fast to blend wet paint, use lots and lots of layers, and use dry brushing to soften edges and adjust colors.

Did another color study for my Keechelus design. This 12″ x 24″ study is in acrylic. I’m using acrylic more now for studies because it dries quickly allowing me to try ideas more quickly.
